Our mindful take on the viral chewy Dubai cookie.

Instead of melted marshmallows, we crafted our own rich chocolate chewy dough using rice flour, 55% Auro dark chocolate, Auro cacao powder, coconut sugar, Himalayan salt, and oat milk — deeply chocolatey, perfectly chewy, and intentionally made.

Each cookie is filled with toasted kataifi for that signature crunch and contrast.
